This award recognizes the project’s innovative design, inspired by the elegance of yachts and its seamless integration into the urban landscape. Part of a larger masterplan to accommodate 20,000 residents, Yacht Kid features cascading terraces, reimagined balconies, and glass facades that maximize light and space. The use of the groundbreaking Kid Technology System and sustainable materials ensures both functionality and environmental responsibility, while the layout transitions elegantly from cozy lower-floor units to luxurious penthouses with expansive terraces, redefining modern urban living.
