The URBAN DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE AWARDS 2025 have honored One Cotroceni Park, designed by X Architecture & Engineering for One United Properties, with the prestigious GOLD AWARD!
Developed on an impressive upper city area of 5.5 hectares, ONE COTROCENI PARK transforms the derelict site of a former industrial conglomerate. This multifunctional development with over 250 000 sqm of office, residential and commercial spaces, gives back to the city a vibrant community that lives and works together. The project is designed under the holistic live/ work/ play approach. The new neighborhood displays a great variety of lifestyle benefits from green areas, gym, swimming pool, a new school, various shops to innovative offices, exclusive residential apartments and educational facilities.
