ONE HERĂSTRĂU TOWERS

Taking advantage of its location at the confluence of two large residential areas in the north of Bucharest, the One Herăstrau Towers development is another model of urban regeneration conceived by XAE. With two residential towers cumulating around 140 apartments and a 5250 m2 podium with commercial functions, showrooms and offices on the first two floors, the One Herăstrau Towers project is a mixed-use complex to be completed in 2022. 
"One Herăstrău Towers was conceived through a gateway open to the city - so not as a (de)limitation, the two apartment towers celebrating the panoramic views towards Lake Herăstrău and the northern area of Bucharest. The towers have a deliberately homogenous massing, with elements that accentuate the vertical and diminish their massiveness.
