•    Access from the west side is via the detached staircase, passing through the lobby glass cube. Filter path from outside (street) - inside (lobby cube) - outside (inner courtyard) - inside (stairwell) - inside (private) with increasing steps between public and private
•    Private space with total openness to the outside through maximum perimeter glazing
•   Sculptural interventions through the extrusion of volumes for terraces, ramps. The last levels are duplexes on an even higher level of private due to the terraces separating the apartments
