The kick – off ONE COTROCENI CITY is the most complex urban re-generation development in Romania. Developed on an impressive upper city area of 5.5 hectares, ONE COTROCENI PARK revitalizes and transforms the derelict site of a former industrial conglomerate. Statement of the jury
The several differently dimensioned volumes that make up the huge building complex lend it a sculptural aesthetic, with the striking glazing perfectly embodying the demand for modernity and high quality. The many terraces and open spaces break up the overall picture and increase the quality of living and staying.
