Every architectural project relies on two essential factors: place and client. A successful project is unique because it adapts geographically, climatically, and socially to its site. The architect plays a key role in orchestrating these factors.

For our projects, the client—both our direct client, One United Properties, and the end users who will live, work, or visit these spaces—shapes the project at every level. Given our reputation in the market, there is constant pressure to deliver architecture of exclusive quality. Sustainability, environmental, social, and corporate governance factors are values we consistently uphold. In all valuable architectural projects, the client is a decisive force, influencing the form, substance, and purpose of the design. Economic efficiency, fairness, and consistency are also paramount. The more complex the project’s requirements, the more effort and refinement are needed, ultimately resulting in a project that will have positive effects for decades. We believe in doing it once, and doing it well.

Our work is challenging, but we thrive on challenges. The XAE team is driven by a unique quest for growth. While some young architects may see our approach as overly client-focused or are daunted by the level of performance required, we view XAE as an incubator of "know-how" and a hub of creative energy for meaningful architecture. We’re always looking to expand our team and perspectives.

Our efforts have been recognized internationally. This year alone, XAE projects have received awards such as the Gold Winner in Architecture Multi-Unit Living and Apartment Complex Design at the ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN COMMUNITY competition and C-IDEA DESIGN AWARDS 2024, Winner at the ICONIC AWARDS 2024 for Innovative Architecture, and nominations at the SHARE ARCHITECTURE AWARDS .
