Our office is specialized in architectural projects and ensures the coordination of all specialties, for all phases of design, as well as the meticulous technical follow-up of the execution. We also provide professional consulting services in the residential and commercial field, based on the experience we have gained in our 10 years of work for major developers and architectural offices. Compared to last year, our projects have increased in area by at least 50%, which makes us understand that a systemic change is needed within the office, a process that has already started and will continue in the coming years.
We believe that the success of our projects so far, supported by the appreciation of our clients due to the quality of the final product, will continue in the coming period.
We can generally distinguish four phases of the projects that are in the office: (1) in execution, with detailed design phases and technical assistance on site, (2) in various stages of approval and authorization, (3) outsourced projects, where we are general designers or consultants and coordinate teams of sub-designers and (4) in the concept phase or preliminary feasibility studies. Projects in the first two categories have a roughly equal share of around 300,000 sqm each. For projects in the third phase, where new architectural teams are involved, we work in this unprecedented consultancy formula for us. Here we gladly share our experience with several big names of architecture offices on the local market. The fourth category, however, has turned our office into a real think-tank. In concept, on the drawing board, there are projects gathering another 500,000 sqm.
